The Technology Resources and Services group provides technical support for the academic and research needs of the RCOE faculty and staff. This includes the setup of University-owned office and laptop computers, computer peripherals and other devices. The Technology Resources and Services group also provides the following services for College employees:
- Data Security and Backup - Scheduled, automated backup of important data
- Remote Access to Services - Access campus technology resources from off-campus
- Macintosh Support - Hardware and software support for Macintosh computers
- PC Support - Hardware and software support for PC (Windows) computers
