The Media lab supports the academic research and instructional activities of the Appalachian Center. Resources are available for Appalchian faculty, staff, students and other authorized users.
The lab is monitored by university students and managed by full-time staff.

Services include: equipment checkout, support and maintenance of Media Lab technology resources. The Media Lab may be reserved by Appalachian faculty or staff for demonstration purposes. However, lab will remain open for student, faculty, and staff use.

Checkout Equipment
*Equipment may be checked out for a 1-week period by on site, Reich College of Education students, and Appalachian State University faculty and staff.
- 20- Digital video cameras (Canon Elura 100)
- 20- Digital still cameras (Sonly DCS-S600)
- Tripods
- 15- USB Headset with microphone (Elluminate project)
